VinoVault Coastal LLC is a California limited liability company operating under California ABC License #47-123456. Our wine club membership is a month-to-month subscription service. Members agree to pay the stated monthly fee plus applicable taxes. Membership fees are charged on the first of each month and are non-refundable except as outlined in our satisfaction guarantee. You may skip, pause, or cancel your membership at any time through your online dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You must be at least 21 years old to enroll. By providing your information, you certify that you are of legal drinking age in the United States. All deliveries require an adult signature at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to verify age and identity. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the member or absence at delivery time.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and wine descriptions, is the intellectual property of VinoVault Coastal LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent monthly shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County. We may update these Terms with 30 days notice posted on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

All wine descriptions, ratings, and tasting notes are provided for informational purposes only and reflect the subjective opinions of our sommeliers. Individual taste preferences vary, and a wine that is highly rated by one person may not be enjoyed by another. No guarantee is made regarding the investment value, collectibility, or future resale value of any wine included in membership shipments.

Alcohol consumption carries health risks, including but not limited to impaired judgment, addiction, liver disease, and increased risk of certain cancers. Members should drink responsibly and in moderation. Pregnant women should not consume alcohol. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are aware of these risks and assume full responsibility for your consumption.

Past member satisfaction rates, retention statistics, and testimonials are not guarantees of future satisfaction. Your experience may differ.
